Paydestal by Betastack

Overview

Paydestal is a fintech platform built to help merchants manage transactions, settlements, payouts, and API-driven payment operations. The client needed a dashboard that brings clarity to complex financial activity and gives business owners full control over how they receive and manage money.

My responsibility was to design a complete merchant environment: the dashboard, balances module, settlements engine, invoice management flow, and all supporting tools that make payment operations seamless.

The Challenge

Merchants handle a high volume of financial data daily. The dashboard had to make large datasets easy to scan, highlight risks and pending actions, support multi-currency operations, reduce errors in settlements and reversals, and maintain a calm, trustworthy visual tone.
The design needed to feel sophisticated without overwhelming merchants who are not technical.

My goal was to design a simple, cheerful, and conversion-driven page that reflects the warmth of the brand and the reliability of the service.

Impact

The platform now improves how merchants track and manage their money, reduces confusion around settlements and payouts, cuts down support requests by making actions clearer, and gives the business a strong visual identity within the competitive payment ecosystem.
