Project Overview

Sanabillers approached me with a straightforward brief. They were launching a new payments business and needed a complete mobile POS application along with a merchant management web portal. Nothing existed. No previous interface. No workflows. No user experience framework. Our job was to design the entire ecosystem from the ground up.

The challenge was to build two products in sync: A mobile POS app for agents and merchants, and a web portal for merchants and administrators to view balances, track transactions, and manage terminals.

Both had to feel intuitive on first use. Both had to communicate trust. And both had to scale as the business expanded.
